Also! I was thinking, Google Code has some handy code review and commenting features, and who doesn't love version control, right? *g* So I set up an intro-cs-dw Mercurial project over there. I've never actually used Mercurial before, but I like having excuses to learn new things.

To get set up:

1) Email or pm me or leave me a comment and I'll add you as a project committer.

2) Add a folder with your name on it and put your problem set solutions in there.

That way if you want to collaborate with someone or leave helpful feedback or read other people's code, it should be a little easier than using the DW comments.

I'm getting:

$ hg push
pushing to https://andreanall:***@intro-cs-dw.googlecode.com/hg/
searching for changes
abort: authorization failed

is there anything you can poke on your end to fix that?
Everything I can figure out from google is out of date -- and yes, I'm using the proper credentials.

No change -- I'll try tomorrow and see if it's a stale cache on google's end or something.

Worked today. So might want to advise people they have to wait a few hours before pushing.

Repeats every 1 day was not intuitive to me what the seoncd box was for. At first, I assumed it was how many days it would repeat and I was thinking this is a bad way to set the number of days. I am not sure the Repeats every n days is worth having on there.-Is never the right default for when the entry ends? I would suggest that if its daily, the following day would be a good default 2 day events are more common than never ending events. If its weekly, maybe never is the right default but indefinitely is probably the more accurate term. It repeats until we cancel it, but we aren't sure when that will be, so its indefinite.

Thank you so much for providing indudivials with an extraordinarily marvellous possiblity to check tips from this blog. It's always so superb and full of a great time for me personally and my office co-workers to visit your web site at the least thrice a week to read through the new tips you will have. And definitely, I'm also actually satisfied with your brilliant hints you serve. Certain 4 tips in this article are rather the very best we have had.

There are other types of audio CAPTCHA but they doesn't mean they're any better. I reeebmmr one that had me type out a random movie quote or something and it wouldn't take just part of the phrase. It was a total pain in the ass and wound up being harder to do than attempting to read the blurry letters. I'm not blind, but I can't always read CAPTCHAs and I thought that might be easier. I guess not.I spent some time trying to figure out what site that was. I thought it was Yahoo!, but they just go for the garbled stuff technique. Then I thought it might've been AOL since I had trouble getting some instant messenger passwords at some point, but that one uses a similar technique only it involves really obnoxious beeping sounds. It made me wanna stop the noises as quickly as possible. Ug. Really, had I felt compelled to stick around, I'm not sure I would've been able to process the relevant information, anyway.The whole thing is pretty frustrating. Having to sift through tons of spam comments is a pain, but there really aren't a lot of viable solutions to the problem.
